データベースサービスを更新します。

PUT /v1/services/(uuid: service_id)

service_name(Optional)	-	plain	string	サービス名
metadata(Optional)	-	plain	dict	メタデータのキーと値のペア文字種:[a-zA-Z0-9./%_:- ] 文字長:255(キーと値共に)

backup	enable/disable	plain	string	バックアップ有効フラグ
prefix	-	plain	string	プレフィックス
metadata	-	plain	dict	メタデータキーと値の辞書オブジェクト
